Information for consumers

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 of Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended, the consumer has the right to an out-of-court settlement of a consumer dispute arising from a concluded contract for the provision of legal services. The Czech Bar Association is the authorised body for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes between a law firm/attorney and a consumer.
